YO THAT’S MY FAVOURITE BATMAN MOVIE and basically why the penguin has been my favourite batman villain since i was little

yea yea. He was my favourite in the movie. Although I much prefer aristocratic, kingpin-y Penguin, this was a very enjoyable take on the character. It was great seeing all his trick umbrellas in live action too.
